Can I change my order?

If you realise that you need to change something after you have already placed your order, quickly get in touch with us so our customer care team can help put things right!

Can I cancel an order?

It is not possible to cancel an order once the payment is made. However, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number to make a cancellation. If your order hasn’t been processed, it can be cancelled and refunded immediately.

I've cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?

Once your order has been cancelled, we will begin the refund process. Please note that depending on when you have cancelled the order, and the payment method you have used, it may take upto a week for the money to make its way back to your account.

RETURNS POLICY

We have worked really hard on creating these products, and are pretty sure you won’t want to return your purchase, but in case you do, don’t worry - making a return is just as easy as making a purchase.

Under what conditions can I return the product?

We run a no questions asked return policy. If, within 10 days of receiving your purchase, you realise that you aren’t happy for whatever reason: size, design, style, color, fit, you can contact us to return our products (as long as, of course, they haven't been worn).

Secondly, although we have various quality control measures in place, if the product is damaged, and we will speedily make sure this issue is resolved and that you receive a perfect replacement. Again, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please send us a photo of the fault with your email so we can take the appropriate action.

For any feedback, positive or negative, we would ask you to contact us so we can fix/change/improve anything that isn’t working!

When can I return the product?

In order to make a return, you must get in touch with us within 10 days from the date of receiving your shipment (only Non-Personalised orders).

What is the process to make a return?

Step 1
Contact our Customer Service team with your order number via email at hello@zeezeezoo.com or if you prefer, on weekdays, you can call us on +91 9586 105050 between 10am and 6pm. 

Step 2

Once your returns request is validated, we will send you an email authorising a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. 

Please note that you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself, and bear the related costs. If you are exchanging the product, we will send you the replacement product free of charge. 

If the return is being made due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping cost, of course.

Step 3
After receiving the package, it will be inspected for signs of usage. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will sign off on the return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the money to be refunded to your account. If you have paid by cash, you will receive a website credit code for the amount paid. This credit must be used within one year.

What is the Return Policy for any sale products?

Zeezeezoo does not offer refunds or replacements on any sale items.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

      1. Zeezeezoo's Quality Assurance Team makes the final decision on whether a return can be accepted.
      2. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, and any accessories that were present when the item was delivered to you.
      3. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
      4. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED CONDITION
      5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
      6. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will refund any card payment. Cash payments will be given Zeezeezoo website credit in the full amount to use within one year.
      7. To return an item:

      8. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging. Then we will email you to confirm next steps.
      9. Please note that every effort has been made to use images that most accurately reflect the garments. However, this is not an exact science and slight variations may occur.
