I think I am on the wrong version of the site. What site should I be ordering from?

We have two versions of the site. Anyone making a purchase from India should be shopping from Zeezeezoo.in and anyone shopping from anywhere else in the world should be using the Zeezeezoo.com site.

How do I place an order?

We have tried to make this process as easy as possible. If you follow these steps, your order will be Zeezeezooming towards you in no time:

  1. Select the item you want to buy.
  2. Choose the desired size from the drop down and click to add the item to your Shopping Cart.
  3. Once you've finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart button.
  4. If you're a new Zeezeezoo customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it super easy to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details.
  5. Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you proceed to Payment.
  6. Enter your payment details and click Confirm Order.
  7. You will then see a confirmation message stating that your order has been placed and is being processed. A subsequent email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Can I make an overseas order?

If you are buying in India and shipping elsewhere, yes, of course! In today’s world, it is very likely that you don’t live in the same city as your sister or same country as your best friend. That shouldn’t restrict you from being able to send their babies nice pressies!

Just make sure you enter the appropriate billing and shipping addresses. And please note, product pricing will be billing address based, while delivery charges are set based on your shipping location.

And, if you are an international customer, we will be able to take your payments very soon, in just a few weeks.

My baby is chubby! How should I decide what size to order?

The material is pretty stretchy, so fit shouldn't be too much of an issue, but please refer to our size charts to get estimated measurements. You'll find a link on the product pages. And you can also find it by clicking here.

What payment methods do you accept for international orders?

We will be able to accept international payments in just a few weeks!

Stay tuned to our website, or social media, or sign up for emails in order to be the first to find out when our international payment gateway turns on!

For international orders, payments will be processed via the PayU payment gateway.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

Yes, of course! All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, in most post codes in India, we do offer a cash on delivery payment option (sorry, rest of the world!). If you live in an area where this option isn’t feasible, we will get in touch with you via email to make arrangements for an alternate payment.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

We are really happy to announce that shipping within India will be free on purchases above Rs 500. Below Rs 500, a small shipping fee of Rs 50 will be charged.

For international shipments, there will be a flat shipping fee of $10. However, as a little bonus, we will waive this shipping charge if your purchase is above $50 (HINT: get your friends together!).

By when will I receive the ordered products?

You will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. Although it is likely to come sooner, please allow 4-6 days for delivery in India, and 7-9 for international deliveries. We are super excited for your products to get to you, so don’t worry - we will get them there as soon as we can!

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?

Zeezeezoo is geared up to get our exciting new products in the hands of customers pretty much wherever they are. If, in the small chance you are located outside of these areas or live in area where cash on delivery may not be possible, you will receive an email from our team with next steps.

Why have I received only a part of my order?

Depending on what you have ordered, various products may have their own delivery duration. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together, but will be delivered as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Zeezeezoo, hurrah! This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it acts as an order receipt.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Keep an eye out in your inbox (and make sure you’ve saved our email address so it isn’t treated like spam!). An email will be send to you as soon as your order has been shipped with an estimated delivery date and tracking details (in case you are a shipment stalker like Rahil :))

Can I change my order?

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel an order once the payment is made and order has been processed. However, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number to make a cancellation. If your order hasn’t been processed, it can be cancelled and refunded immediately. Otherwise you will need to accept the shipment and make a return.

What is the process to make a return?

We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise within 30 days. Returns made within 30 days (of the date the shipment was received) will be refunded to the original form of payment.  After 30 days, Zeezeezoo cannot accept returns for any reason other than a major manufacturing defect.  Items purchased on sale are final sale, and are not eligible for refunds.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to proceed with a return to Zeezeezoo please email help@zeezeezoo.com noting your order number. For returns, customers will need to cover the return shipping cost, however we will mail you out a replacement item free of charge.

If the return is being made due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping cost, of course.

After your return is received, it will be inspected. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will send you an email to notify you of the received item(s). If processing an exchange, you will receive confirmation of shipment and tracking. If issuing a refund, you will be notified once processed.  Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, from the date we receive your package.

Are there any restrictions on returning a product?

If, within 30 days of receiving your Zeezeezoo order, you realise that you aren’t happy for whatever reason: size, design, style, color, fit, you can return our products.

Secondly, although we have various quality control measures in place, if the product is damaged, and we will speedily make sure this issue is resolved and that you receive a perfect replacement. Again, this must be within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

For any feedback, positive or negative, we would ask you to inform us so we can fix/change/improve anything that isn’t working!

When can I return the product?

Please get in touch with us within 30 days from the date of receiving your shipment in order to make a return.

What is the Return Policy for any sale products?

Zeezeezoo does not offer refunds or replacements on any sale items.

When will I get my refund on a returned item?

Once your order has been returned and passes the inspection, we will begin the refund process. Please note that depending on when you have cancelled the order, and the payment method you have used, it may take upto a week for the money to make its way back to your account.

    I love the collection thus far. When will the next collection be launching?

    My son/daughter is 6 years old. Will you be launching your apparel in bigger sizes?

    At the moment, the collection includes sizing up to 4 years. There aren't any current plans to launch the apparel in bigger sizes, but sign up for emails and we will let you know when that changes! 

    What is the benefit of going organic?

    Without trying to sound preachy or boring, we want to do good. And the simple fact is that choosing organic benefits the entire system: the workers, the environment, and our children.

    With no chemicals involved, it really is the very purest fabric to be against your little ones sensitive skin. Would you want it any other way?

    Wash care: is there anything I need to be careful about?

    Like most cottons, gentle washing preserves color and fibers longer. We recommend machine wash cold with like colors in a gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly to avoid wrinkling. Warm iron if needed.

    I am based in the US, and have noticed the pricing changing slightly from day to day. Why is this?

    The platform we are using, Shopify, doesn't allow for us to set pricing in different currencies. It takes the base price (which for us, is in Indian Rupees) and converts it into dollars based on that day's exchange rate. Sorry if this is confusing!
